Jeff & Meljoné Rostocil

Jeff and Meljoné travel as a prophetic team and have ministered together since 2001. They started SoleQuest International in 2002 with a vision to teach the word of God, equip God’s people and glorify God.

Jeff and Meljoné are sought-after conference speakers who proclaim the good news of Jesus Christ, heal the sick and cast out demons. They carry a strong anointing for repentance and revival, calling God’s people to freedom, obedience and holiness.

Together they have led several evangelistic teams overseas and have helped organize outreach efforts in Gambia, China, Hong Kong, Mexico, Nicaragua, Argentina and the Middle East. They currently reside in the San Francisco Bay Area with their three children.

Jeff Rostocil

Jeff was raised in Northern California and is the youngest of four children. Before the age of three, he was miraculously healed of three separate ailments on three separate occasions. Shortly thereafter, at the age of five, he committed his life to Christ while praying with his mother in the backseat of the family station wagon.

It wasn’t until his college years that Jeff sensed God’s call to ministry. After graduating from San Jose State University with a business degree, he served for five and a half years at Chico State University and Butte College as a campus missionary and pastor. During that time, he witnessed many students devote their lives to Jesus, grow in love and be launched into ministry.

Jeff has preached all around the world and has ministered in many different countries, including Thailand, Morocco, India, Europe, South America, China, Hong Kong and most recently Africa, Mexico, Argentina, Nicaragua and the Middle East.

Jeff travels nationally and internationally speaking to adults and youth. He has written four books: Unshakable: Living Your Life Anchored To God’s Kingdom (2009), Bulletproof: Accessing The Favor And Protection Of God In The Secret Place(2013), Hand On The Line: Challenging Men To Follow God’s Call (2016) with Steve Wisniewski and Lies Of Our Fathers (2021). He founded SoleQuest International in 2002 and holds a masters degree through Wagner Leadership Institute. He and his wife Meljoné live in the San Francisco Bay Area with their three children.

Meljoné Rostocil

Meljoné was born in San Francisco and grew up in nearby Petaluma, CA. She made a strong commitment to follow Christ while attending San Francisco State University and was soon baptized in the Holy Spirit.

After graduating with a communications degree in video production, she attended YWAM discipleship training school in Hawaii and spent three months in northern China. That experience solidified her call to ministry and to the nations. During that time she was instrumental in helping launch a healing rooms ministry with her spiritual mentors in Petaluma.

Meljoné is a passionate worshipper with a heart to pursue the love of God wholeheartedly. She desires to bring others into an intimate knowledge of their Creator by completely abandoning themselves to Jesus Christ. She is contending for the fullness of Christ to be made manifest and for His glory to be revealed through obedience, signs and wonders.

On top of traveling and ministering, she is a stay-at-home mom and a home educator. She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband, Jeff, and their three children.
